POLICY
Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are FOB Semarang Port, Central Java, Indonesia, and include standard fumigation and paper wrap packaging.
- Prices are in USD. Payment is accepted only via TT/Bank Transfer.
- Shipping costs are not included in the price.
- Bank charges or any additional fees are not covered by us
- If you request box packaging or any other custom packaging options, additional charges may apply.
Production & Order Terms
- Custom-made wooden furniture production time: 60 – 90 days after receiving the down payment.
- Production begins after receiving a minimum 40% down payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid after shipment is effected, upon receiving the complete copy of shipping documents via email.
- Orders for custom-made wooden furniture must be placed via email.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1×20 ft container (FCL) (mixed items allowed).
Guarantee
- We offer a replacement guarantee for defective products in Future Orders.
- This guarantee Does Not cover additional costs such as freight or other charges.
- The guarantee applies to defective items reported within One Month from the original date the container arrives at the port of destination.
- It covers product damage Only If the item is completely unusable, even after competent repair attempts.
- Claims must be supported by Photographic or Video evidence; otherwise, the guarantee will be void.
