POLICY

All prices are FOB Semarang port (Central Java, Indonesia) including standard fumigation and paper wrap packaging.
Price are in USD, We only accept payment by TT/Bank Transfer.
Shipping is not included in the price.
Custom Made Wooden Furniture Production time is 60 – 90 days after receiving the down-payment.
Production process starts after receiving the minimum 40% down-payment and the balance payment should be done once after the shipment effected (upon Emailing Complete copy Shipping Documents).
Prices do not include bank charges.
Custom made wooden furniture orders should be made by e-mail. Minimum Order Quantity is 1×20 Feet container (FCL) allowed with mixed items.
Guarantee replacement or financial discounts for defected item in a period of ONE MONTH from the original date the container arrives at the port of destination. Claim is considered void it there’s no proof of photographs/videos.
Replacement or financial discounts will be subjective to CV. Woodenlink Furniture judgement of the claim.
